Cooking & Temperature Guide

Shake the pouch, tear it open 2 to 3cm and microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds (1100W), or warm it on the stove top. The maker's tip is to pour it over slow-cooked lamb shanks with creamy mash. Cook those low and slow at 110°C to 125°C until a probe slides in at 93°C to 96°C, then rest them well. It's just as handy at your Sunday roast.
