Bought a couple of these for dinner and oh my goodness they were amazing. My hubby cooked them perfectly but the taste and texture were very much a result of quality pork. Will buy again!
We purchased rump, mince, sausages, lamb leg, lamb chops and pork cutlets.Everything was great.....except for the pork cutlets.
They were spongy, lacked the pork taste and lacked the texture and consistency of usual pork cutlets and chops, regardless of how long they were cooked. Not one I could recommend.
Always cut at a good thicknesses, well trimmed , juicy and tasty with good flavour .
