Our own-brand smoke stack sauce comes in a 500ml bottle with a smoky, rich flavour. Gluten free, like everything we make. Brush it on sausages and brisket, or spoon it over a rested steak.

Product Description

Smoke stack sauce is our own-brand smoky barbecue sauce, made by The Butcher Shoppe and bottled in 500ml. It's gluten free, like everything we make, and one customer called it 'so smokey'. If you've been after a stack sauce or a smoke sauce with real depth, this is the one.

It suits beef best. Sear a 2.5cm steak hot in cast iron, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Pull it at 52°C for medium-rare, then rest it 5 minutes on a warm board before spooning the sauce over. It's just as good brushed onto sausages or served with sliced brisket. Want something milder? Try our House Sauce.
