Nothing says Christmas like a golden ham

Choose from smoked and double smoked hams in half leg, full leg and boneless cuts, from producers including Zammit, Scottsdale Pork and Pastoral. Every ham is gluten-free and comes naturally smoked or prepped ready to glaze.

Finish yours with one of our house-made ham glazes, Rum and Molasses, Orange and Gin or Tropical Sticky Mango, all made in our Coeliac-accredited kitchen. Add a calico ham bag to keep it fresh well past Boxing Day.

How much ham? Allow 200 to 250 grams per person served cold. A 5kg half leg feeds 15 to 20.

Free range turkey, whole or breast

Lillydale free range whole turkeys and turkey breast, plus our in-house oven baked and smoked turkey breast that only needs slicing. Our butchers can advise on size and cooking times for the oven, smoker or barbecue.

How much turkey? Allow around 500 grams per person for a whole bird, or 250 grams of boneless breast.

Christmas pick-up and delivery

Collect your Christmas order from Shop 31, 1145 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill, any day from Monday 14 to Thursday 24 December. Christmas Eve pick-ups close at lunchtime, and pick-up is for Christmas products only.

For delivery, choose your date at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over $200 and $10 under $200. Have someone home to receive chilled goods, and add notes for gates or lifts.

From 14 to 24 December, online orders are for Christmas items only.

We're closed Christmas Day, and online orders close over the Christmas period, reopening Tuesday 5 January 2027.

When do Christmas orders open?

Retail Christmas orders go live Monday 26 October 2026. Hams and turkeys often sell out by mid-December and delivery slots fill fast, so order early.

When do you deliver over Christmas?

In Brisbane we deliver every day, Monday to Sunday, from 14 to 24 December, with Christmas Eve deliveries finished by lunchtime. The last Gold Coast delivery is Tuesday 22 December and the last Sunshine Coast delivery is Wednesday 23 December. Slots are limited, especially on the Coasts, so order as soon as you can and choose your date at checkout.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery on orders over $200, and $10 for orders under $200.

Can I pick up my Christmas order?

Yes. Pick-up from Shop 31, 1145 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill runs from 14 to 24 December, for Christmas products only. Christmas Eve pick-ups close at lunchtime.

Can I order everyday meat with my Christmas order?

From 14 to 24 December, online orders are for Christmas items only. Order your everyday meat before 14 December, or visit us in store.

Are you open over Christmas?

We're closed Christmas Day. Online orders close over the Christmas period and reopen Tuesday 5 January 2027.

Are your Christmas meats gluten-free?

Yes. All our house-prepared Christmas meats are gluten-free. The Butcher Shoppe is Brisbane's only Coeliac Australia-accredited butcher.

Do you sell glazed hams?

Our hams come naturally smoked or prepped ready to glaze. Finish yours with one of our house-made ham glazes.

How much ham or turkey do I need?

Can I choose a delivery time?

We can't guarantee exact times, as drivers follow set routes. Add any gate, lift or access instructions to your order notes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes can usually be made up to one week before your delivery or pick-up day.

How do I keep my ham fresh?

Keep it in the coldest part of your fridge in a calico ham bag, rinsed in water and vinegar and changed every few days.

Do you do corporate Christmas hams?
