Our gluten free pies Brisbane coeliac families trust are made by hand in Pepper Steak, Bacon & Cheese and Chunky Steak. Everything we make is gluten free, without exception, and we're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher. These family pies are ready for the table, with no label-checking needed.
Heat from the fridge at 180°C until the pastry turns golden and the filling is steaming through. Rest the pie a few minutes so the filling settles and won't scald. Free family pies for a Friday night? Add our wagyu pies or a shepherd's pie to the order.

Loved the pie could have had more pepper to my taste but otherwise perfect

Nothing fake, nothing fancy, just real beef. Yum!!
Love these pies, don’t feel like I’m missing out on the good stuff anymore. Pastry as good as regular wheat pastry. Be sure to make sure the bottom of the pie cooks well!
